The Mountains close-in to the Boulder region is the Suburban Mountains (sometimes called the Foothills). Most of the homes in this region have acreage, wells and septics and are within 20 minutes to Boulder. Fondly described as “the city nestled between the mountains and reality,” Boulder delivers an urban twist on the outdoor fun you’d expect from a town surrounded by wilderness.

The “Wild West” is still alive in Golden! This quaint small town is the home of the Coors Brewery, the Colorado School of Mines, and the Clear Creek Whitewater Park. In keeping with the general spirit of the Rockies, Golden is an outdoor, active town. It’s not unusual to see kayakers lugging boats around town and playing in the mile long whitewater course that runs through town, or mountain bikers returning from a ride up to the surrounding hills. Fabulous Mass transit system with the light Rail that goes straight to Downtown Denver and on to DIA.
Very Charming, but small town, at the bottom of winding Bear Creek Canyon, is perhaps most famous for the nearby natural outdoor concert venue, Red Rocks Amphitheatre. A Picturesque tiny Main street strip is filled with restaurants, quaint shops and trendy bars overlooking the characteristic Red Canyon Walls. Many homes have a Morrison address but are just outside of this lovely town.

Historic Downtown Littleton has a charm all its own, from turn-of-the-century buildings and antique shops to cozy, relaxed eateries, restaurants and bars. Many different neighborhood in a variety of prices and sizes. Fabulous mass transit system so you might not even to own a car!
